The Total Cancer Care team is recruiting for a Supervisor, Research Services Operations, in Tampa FL.
As the Research Services study operations grow, we are looking for a new Supervisor, Research Services to lead areas of quality monitoring, study data operations and survey administration, and to expand research services leadership representation in clinical programs
The new Supervisor will join the COVID vaccine study team to lead data operations for >600 participants.
Take over quality management activities for the research services team and studies supported by the team and build out new quality activities as needed
Build out and supervise prospective data process aligned with the research services team including adding research data staff as needed
Responsible to develop and implement workflows and guides aligned with areas of quality management and study data activities for the study team as they support PI initiated research studies
Responsible for direct supervision of staff with regards to day-to-day activities including data abstraction and quality control staff
Responsible for education and communication with clinical and research stakeholders
Credentials and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, Public Health or related field
5 years of clinical research, research and healthcare experience
3 years of lead or supervisory experience preferably in clinical research
Highly skilled in executing and properly conducting research protocols
