Job Description

The Ó Maoiléidigh lab in the Research Division of the Department of Otolaryngology at Stanford University is seeking two Postdoctoral Scholars. We are seeking two highly-motivated scientists to work on a multidisciplinary team studying the mechanics and physiology of the inner ear in collaboration with the Ricci and Grillet labs.
Position 1: (Computation) Cell mechanics, fluid mechanics, and stochastic dynamical systems.
Position 2: (Experiment) Single-cell biophysics, physiology, and imaging.

Applicants must have a PhD in physics, engineering, neuroscience, biophysics, or a related field. The initial duration of an appointment will be two years with subsequent years upon mutual agreement.
