Job Description

Summary

Postdoctoral Associate will lead the project focused on translating a novel T cell therapy by performing the relevant in vitro and in vivo experiments to test the potency and possible toxicities of the treatment.

Job Duties

  • Plans and performs in the vitro and in vivo experiments for their assigned projects.
  • Compiles the data that comes out of their experiments, and also analyzes it.
  • Comes up with conclusions and solutions if issues encountered with the results and plans the path forward for his projects.
  • Communicates with our collaborators making sure they are updated in the results of the experiments. Helps other lab members with their experiments.
  • Presents the results of their projects in various research meetings both internal and external.
  • Writes the manuscripts that come out of the projects they lead and submits them for publication.
  • Plans, directs and conducts specialized and advanced research experiments.
  • Evaluates and analyzes data.
  • Establishes new research protocols and procedures.
  • Summarizes research findings and publishes results in research journals.
  • Responsible for laboratory operations.
  • Supervises research staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
  • No experience required.
