As the Business Architect, AI Applications and Agents – Scale programs and Repeatability, you will provide strategic leadership and execution for Microsoft’s key AI adoption initiatives. In this role, you will define the vision and direction for these programs, orchestrating cross-functional teams at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing to accelerate AI adoption, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer loyalty among our top accounts. You will be responsible for end-to-end program success: from shaping program strategy and assets, to enabling internal teams for execution, to engaging directly with customers and partners for feedback and co-innovation. This is a unique opportunity to empower global field teams and partners with repeatable IP (intellectual property) and frameworks while working closely with customers to co-design the evolution of our AI programs, ensuring Microsoft’s most advanced technologies deliver meaningful business outcomes at scale.
