Your primary focus will be the groundbreaking Combined Radiation Environments for Survivability Testing (CREST) projects, a multi-billion-dollar DOE Order 413.3B line-item acquisition developing advanced radiation survivability testing capabilities. But that's just the beginning. Your expertise will also help drive other high-impact projects like the Microelectronic Components Capability (MC2) project and future large-scale investments.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

  • Champion the development and execution of design management plans that set the standard for quality and compliance
  • Lead dynamic, cross-functional teams and manage critical subcontractors to hit ambitious milestones on time and within budget
  • Own the oversight of project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality ¿ leveraging best practices like Earned Value Management (EVM) to keep everything on track
  • Be the vital link connecting technical experts, project leadership, customers, and external partners
  • Navigate complex design changes and ensure every detail meets rigorous building codes, nuclear standards, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders including Federal Project Directors (FPD), Federal Program Managers (FPM), Project Managers, Control Account Managers (CAM) and Project Controllers to drive project success

  • Communicate complex technical and project information with clarity and impact to diverse audiences
  • This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping critical infrastructure that protects our nation all while working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where your skills and adaptability will be valued and rewarded.
